Return, Refund and/or Cancellation Policy

@ 10:18 pm

The tickets for the productions and presentations that are a result of the Project’s programing are all free and open to the general public. Seating at Project shows is general admission. A reservation is not a guarantee of a seat, especially if the performance has a waiting list. At curtain, empty seats are given to those waiting in the order in which they checked-in upon arriving at that performance.

Tickets for free performances may be canceled or exchanged at any time.

On-line donations, and donations made in conjunction with free ticket reservations are not refundable.

Benefit tickets purchased for special events are non-refundable, however tickets that cannot be used may be converted into a donation that is fully tax-deductible, as long as notification is received prior to the event. Benefit tickets can also be transferred to another attendee up to two hours prior to the event.

If you feel you have been inappropriately charged, please contact John Sheehy, Director of Institutional Advancement at the Project (sheehy@legacy.52project.org).
